My son @joshmcarthur21 being all patriotic, a photo by Denise McArthur on Flickr.
I am trying to not think about going home. We still have two more days here. I miss Brooklyn terribly though. I can't help but wonder what she is thinking. Will we ever return? We will and she will be so excited so I focus on that instead. We are right in the middle of apple and cherry orchards. Friday we may go blueberry picking. Right now though - I am heading out for my daily walk/run. It would be an understatement to say that I really like it here.
I love the photo. We are off Sunday to some lake cabins in the Snohomish/Monroe area. We are so excited. Have a blessed time! Tami

This picture has got to be one of the best photos I've ever seen, Denise! Seriously. Perfect. The composition. The coloration. Capturing the essence of it all.

ReplyDeletesounds like it was a wonderful little getaway, coming home is always so hard, isn't it? We traveled to Greece last Fall, and I think I was depressed for weeks--but it works its way out of the system eventually;)
