I made muffins. These are zucchini and coconut. Zucchini from the garden. I have been making lots of new things lately and I have some new routines. Wednesday nights after work I stop by Trader Joe's. I fill that grocery cart to the top. I still use my delivery for milk and produce. So far everyone is home for dinner on Thursdays so I am trying to make it extra special. Josh even mentioned that I seem to have a thing for dessert lately. Today I am going to make an apple cake.
