make: another quilt


I've been working on the quilt here and there for a while now - longer than I would like to admit. Quilting is not something I see myself doing much more of although I love seeing a handmade quilt on the couch vs. a flannel blanket. I'm just doing a few straight stitches for the "quilting", binding it and calling it good.

    Good for you for making a quilt! I think the quilting part would be quite tedious...if I ever get around to making a quilt (it's on my "list" every single year) I think I will do a tie quilt...patchwork, tie it off. Simple seems best for me.

    I love a cozy quilt. Those are pretty fabrics that you're using. I made a quilt once, but it was lost at a track meet.
