make: a baby sweater



I was really proud of my baby sweater for my new grandnephew (gosh, that makes me feel old) until I looked it up on Ravelry. It doesn't look like the picture. I know what's different, I just don't know why it turned out this way. I'm open to suggestions. Either way, my mom said it is still cute.

It is killing me that I don't have a project on the needles right now. I'm saving up because I am pretty certain that this will be my next knitting endeavor. I'm also due for a new book. I need to hit up the library.

    I love that pattern - Guernsey Wrap. I made myself a wrap sized version and am in the midst of using the pattern to make my son an afghan.
