I'm here. And there. A little bit of everywhere. The girls and I went to Seattle last Saturday and had a delightful day except I left the card for my camera at home. Of course, I had my phone but it is not the same. Today we are heading out shopping. 1/2 my presents are wrapped as of this morning. Monday after work I'll go for the groceries. We are having Christmas salmon this year!
This Christmas. It's simple. I like it this way. I'm buying less and even managing some knitting and sewing amongst everything else. I made the cutest little lunch bag or project back from Linen, Wool, Cotton. I'm thinking it needs a little embellishing though so that first before show and tell.
And, last night I had this moment where I thought to myself...I am knitter. (baby sweater show and tell to come too)
In the meantime, I must go for a run. Happy Winter Solstice friends.
Glad to hear many of your presents are wrapped...wish I could say the same! I'm thinking today I'll make a dent in that... We're having a simpler Christmas, too...the boys don't want much, neither do Chris and I...just a few special things. The budget is smaller, so that's nice. Makes for less stress. I didn't do any handmade...had a few ideas, and desires, but working full-time puts a damper on that. It's OK...maybe next year I'll plan ahead better. xoxo
