be:
It's supposedly spring break this week. It feels more like winter break. I've been curled up on the couch under a blanket since I got home. Kids are off on their own. One in Montana even. One should be back home any second. Thank goodness for neighbors that like to go to the mall. The other well, who knows when he will be home.
I am so so eager to garden. I just know from experience - it's too early. It's been raining cats and dogs. I didn't even start these peas. A friend had extras and gave them to us. It seems like everyone is gardening (indoors and out) except me. It will happen eventually.
Otherwise, life is being lived. Reading. Knitting. Cooking and Resting. I may have even watched basketball games. I used to have a thing for basketball players. The NBA does nothing for me but those college games I found amusing.
The kids are pestering me for a field trip to Portland. I wouldn't mind a little get-a-way too. Josh just wants an opportunity to drive on the freeway. I'd be okay taking this bus. Really don't think we will be going at all maybe just a day trip here instead. Really, the possibilities are endless. I could be content too just staying curled up on the couch. The kids beg to differ.
Happy Tuesday to you.
p.s. have you ever seen this site? swoon.

ReplyDeleteWhat are those cute little green shoots that are growing? In answer to the question you left on my blog, I was at Molbacks, and I thought of you when I was there, because I still want to meet up there sometime. There is cafe there that looks good for lunch. Hope you enjoyed your week, even with the rain.
