047 026 beets! lettuce cucumber lettuces new gloves! zucchini corner

I'm hesitant to type this. My garden is looking good for June.
It must be the weather and good soil because it is truly nothing else special I do.
The gloves - I don't really wear them.  I just thought they were cute.
I much prefer getting my hands right into the dirt. Dirty fingernails and all.
Today - I must get my tomatoes into pots.
I bought my tomatoes this year from my co-workers son.
He is 13 and runs his own business of eggs and veggie starts.
I have not said much but I am doing Whole30.  I am eating LOTS of veggies and fruits.
After a few days of REALLY craving sugar, I feel so amazing.
So amazing that this may be it for me. It's a game changer.
It's getting nice out now. About to head out for an easy walk after yesterday's hike.
Pictures coming soon.

  2. Your garden is looking good! I have dabbled in paleo eating, but not enough to really know if it makes a difference. I keep trying to cut back on carbs, but usually give in to the cravings. Good for you, for sticking it out. I know that if I could get over the initial hurdle, I would feel better.
